TBIS MATTER HAVING COME before the Court upon the
Wife's Petition For Temporary Relief and the Court havinq heard
the stipulation of the parties as made in open Court and acknowledged
by the parties, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as folYows:
1. T~NlPORARY ~tTSTODY . Temporary custody of the minor
children of the parties is hereby awarded to the Wife with reaso~able
visitation rights reserved to the Huaband.
, 2. SUPPORT. Commencinq the 3rd day of May, 1975, the
Husband shall psr u~~~c~~y to the Wife the sum of $30.00 per week
for the support of the two minor children of the parties.
3. PROPERTY. The Wife shall have the right to remain

; in the marital home and the Husband assumes the obligation of

~ paying and keeping the first and second mortgages on the premises.

~ Additionally, the Husband agrees to pay and keep current the - r
