This cause came on to be heard on May 1, 1975 on Husband's-
Petition for temporary custody of the minor chilren and temporary
possession of the marital home and furniture and furnishings located
therein, and the Husband and his counsel being present, and the Wife
having received personal service of the Petition and Notice of
Hearing, arid the wife having failed to appear at the hearing, and
the Court being advised in the premises,
It is, therefore, ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the Iiusband be awarded temporary custody of the minor

children of the parties, to-wit: Jennifer ANN POLIZZI and ALBERT
JOSEPH POLIZZI, with reasonable rights of visitation reserved unto
the wife, BETTY A. PQLIZZI.
2. That the Husband be awarded temporary possession of the
marital home and furniture and furnishings_located therein.
