This cause coming on to be heard upon consent of counsel -
for the respective parties to remove the above entitled cause
from the trial calendar of May 8, 1975, and the Court being
fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the above entitled cause be and the same is
hereby removed from the trial calendar of May 8, 1975.
