MOTION FOR RELEASE AND DISCHARGE OF REPLEVIN BOND
COMES NOW the Plaintiff, ALLIS-CHALMERS CORPORATION,
formerly ALLIS-CHALMERS MANUFACTURING COMPANY, by and
through its undersigned attorney and moves this Court to
release and discharge the Replevin Bond filed in this
cause and as grounds therefore would show that the above-
styled cause has been dismissed with prejudice, by Order
of this Court dated April 30, 1975.
- I HEREBY CERTIFY that a true copy of the foregoing
has been furnished by United States mail to Spencer Gilbert,
P. O. Box 3388, Fort Pierce, Florida, this 2nd day of May,
