1975, and the Court havinq given full consideration to all of
the evidence and to the Stipulation entered into between the ~
~,.parties hereto. by and through their undersigned attorneys
respectively, the Court finds and determines that it has juris-
diction of the parties and of the_subject matter of this suit,
that the relationship of husband and wife now exists between ;
the parties, and that the marriage between the parties is ~
irret=fevably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between GREG S. ;
SORENSEN and DEBRA SORENSEN be and the same is hereby dissolved, 4
' and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from

I the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing betw~een them and from

~ the obligations arising therefrom. .
~ 2. PERSONAL PROPERTY: .Upon the Stipulation of the parties, `

~ a. To the Husband, absolutely, the 1972 Gran Torino •
~ automobile, the headboard and footboard, the antique dining room
~ table with eight (8) chairs, the television set, the afghan and
~ the chest of drawers;

~ b. To the Wife, absolutely, the box springs and

~ mattres~ the spoon rack with 1847 Rogers Brothers Silverplate :

~ spoons, the sewing machine and cabinet, the toaster, the alarm
clock, the couch, the coffee table, the two (2) end tables, the
