Suggestion of Death and M~tion for Substitution of Estate vf Howard F.
goWe, Deceased, as Defendant aad Third Party Complainaat; and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDEREll AND ADJUDGED that after the filing of the third
party complaint ia this action. the decedent, Howard F. Howe, removed hia
residence to Volusia County, Florida. Thereafter on April 19, 1974, he
married Dorothy E. Howe, Petitioner herein. It is further
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Naward F. Hos~e was killed in

f a tractor accident October 19. 1974. The surviving spouse~ Petitiaaer,

~ was appointed Administratrix of tha above estate bp the probate court in

~ Volusia Countq, Florida. where decedent had maintained his legal reaidence

more than one year prior to his death. It is~ tharefore, further
ORDEREll AND ADJUDGED that approval be~ aad the same is
hereby~ granted for the substitution of the Estate of Howard F. HoWe,
peceased~ as a proper partp defendant as to the actiaas Which have survived
~
~ against the estate and as a third party complainant against Lucille Howe.
