Deceased, Party of the First Part, and LOIS JONNSON, as Guardian
of the person and property of TARA N. KITT, a minor, Party of the

The Party of the First Part, pusuant to the Order of the
Circuit Jc~ge's Court of Saint Lucie County,Florida, and in ,

Dollars and other good and valuable consideration in hand paid, ;
