This cause came on for final hearing the day of
, 1975, on plaintiffs' complaint, answer and cross-
claim of defendant BERT SAUL CONSULTING ENGINEER, INC., and copy
of Claim of Lien of defendant, ROBERT L. WHITMAN marked "Ori-
ginal Defensive Pleading", and it appearing to the Court from the
record that a default had been entered against the defendant
EXECUTIVE CORPORATION OF FIARIDA, sometimes known as EXECUTIVE
CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, and the Court having received

€ submitted to the Court, and the Court being fully advised in the

premises, the Court finds the facts as follows:

~ ~ The material allegations contained in the plaintiffs'

~ complaint have been.proven by competent evidence; that plaintiffs

~ have expended $40.00 to bring the abstract of title on subject
~
~
property current immediately prior to filing the foreclosure;
~ that plaintiffs have also expended the sum of $242.93 in payment
~ _

Y of the 1974 real property taxes on subject property to keep the

~ same from going delinquent, the cost of both of which they are

~ entitled to recover, and plaintiffs are further entitled to re-
