PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ~~~A•38
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:

A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
$5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record 6ook 187, Page
2405, et seq. , Public Records of St. Luc1e County, Florida, ~

more particularly described;-as amended by Modification of ~
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured ~
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and ~
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which ~
Modificatlon of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Offfcial Record i
6ook 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
1n Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
MNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National ;
City Bank to rpleas~ the ~roperty hereinafter described', being a ~
Part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said ;

NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideratlon of ~
the premises and the sum of ~
