to the Property, Borrower, Lender and Note contained in the above described m2ster form of mortgage and
inrnrporated by reference hereinto shall be construed to mean the Property, Borrower, I.ender and Note defined
herein. Borrower acla~owledges receipt of a copy of the complete text of the provisions hereby incorporated
by reference into this Mortgage.

21. Future Advances. Upon request by Borrower, Lender, at Lender's option within twenty years from the

At no time shall the principal amount of the indebtedness secured by this Mortgage, not including sums advanced
