4. The Defendants ahall pay to the Plaintiff forthwith the total
sum hereinabove set forth, together with intereat on Lhe principal aum
above stated, from the date of this Fiaal Judgment until paid, and together
with any Court costs iacurred after the date of this Judgment.
~ 5. In default of said payment being made as hereinabove ordered .
by or in behalf of said Defendants, the mortgaged real property described
in the Complaint to Foreclose Mortgage and in said Mortgage. and situate,
