case and delivered to said Plaintiff, or ita Counsel. for transmiaeion to ~
the Federal Agency inauring the Mortgage herein foreclosed. the copy of
said mortgage containing a copy of said aote attached to the original Complaint

to Foreclose Mortgage filed herein being hereby declared accepted in sub-
stitution.
13. The Court retains jurisdiction of this cause for the entry of such
further- orders as to it may eeem meet and proper and the circumstances
require.
