FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~
THIS CAUSE came on for trial the 7~ day of ~y ,
A. D., 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all
the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon ~

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

's 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JOSEPH
i
~ VINCENT SWAN and JOAN MARIE SWAN be and the same is hereby dissolved,
~ -
s and the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
~
~ the obligations arising therefrom. •
~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of DIANE JOAN SWAN, VICRIE DENISE SWAN,
~ and DONNA MARIE SWAN, minor children of the parties, is hereby
~ awarded to JOAN MARIE SWAN with reasonable visitation rights re- ~
~
~ served to JOSEPH VINCENT SWAN.
~ 3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 9th day of May ,
~ !
_ 1975, JOSEPH VINCENT SWAN shall pay to JOAN MARIL SWAN the sum of
$15.00 per week for each child, making a total payment of $45.00
~ each and every week for the support of the children named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and '
~
~ by him remitted promptly to JOAN MARIE SWAN. In addition there is
~
~
