It is, thereupon f ! ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ! s 1. The Default heretofore entered by the Clerk of this E ~ E Court against THOMAS CERNY be and the same is hereby approved, ~ 9 ~ ` ratified and confirmed. ~ - ~ 2. The marriage between THOMAS CERNY and MARY CERNY ~ be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of ~ ~ ~ them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony hereto- ~ fore existing between them and from the obligations arising there- ~ ~ f rom . ~ ~ 3.
