4. Commencing Friday, May 9, 1975 THOMAS CERNY shall
pay to MARY CERNY the sum of Twenty-five ($25.00) Dollars each ~
and every week for the support of the child named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to MARY CERNY. In addition there
is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be :

added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be . ~

made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties e
are orde~ed to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of their ~

is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper.
