This cuase came on for trial the day of ,
• 1975 and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of

the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation ;
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that ~
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and ~ t
should be dissolved. It is thereupon 4

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
ROSCOE D. BOWERSOX and MARY KAY BOWERSOX be and the same is

i hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby

i forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing

~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. '

f 2. CUSTODY. Custody of ROSCOE DUANE BOWERSOX, JR. and ~

~ REBECCA JANE BOWERSOX, minor children of the parties, is hereby

~ awarded to MARY KAY BOWERSOX with reasonable visitation rights

reserved to ROSCOE D. BOWERSOX. ~ ~
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the day of , ~

~ 1975, ROSCOE D. BOWERSOX shall pay to MARY KAY BOWERS the sum '

~ of $200.00 each and every month, for the support of the children

named above.
~ 4. PROPERTY. The separation agreement admitted into

are ordered to comply with the provisions thereof. ~
