FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE ~Q~r~3~
This cause came on for trial the 7th day of May, 1975,
on the Complaint of the Wife and Answer thereto, and the
Court having been given full consideration to a11 the evi-
dence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties;
and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably
broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between
BARBARA H. WOLFE and HOWARD D. WOLFE be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and~from the obligations arising
- therefrom.
2. PROPERTY AND SUPPORT: The Stipulation between the
parties admitted into evidence is hereby ratified and approved
and is incorporated herein by reference and the parties are
- ordered to comply with the provisions thereof.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further
orders as may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED in Chambers at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie
County, Florida, this ~day of May, 197
