ORDER `

This matter coming on on the Wife's Petition and Motion
for an Order of Contempt, both parties being present in Court
and evidence being taken, upon consideration the Court finds
VERNON C. SHORTRIDGE to be in arrears in the amount of $2,430.00
and that he is in contempt of this Court because of his failure
to pay the same. _
Wherefore upon consideration it is ordered and adjudged f
;
that said VERNON C. 3HORTRIDGE be sentenced to 30 days in the #
county jail for contempt of court but that he be allo~red to purge
himself of this by making payments due under the Order beginning
June 1, 1975 in the amount of $30.00 per week plus court costs
to the Clerk of the Court, and in addition thereto paying $5.00 ~

per week to apply to the arrearage established herein.

I Upon his failure beginning June 1, to pay the same, and :

the Wife's Motion being filed together with proof from the Clerk ?

~ of the Court of failure to pay, this Court will enter an order ~

requiring his incarceration in the St. Lucie County jail for 30 ;
