Insurance Company,.qo hence without day and recover its
costs from Plaintiff to be assessed at a later date. It is
FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Counter- ~
Plaintiff, Wood, Beard & Associates, Inc., does have and
recover from the Counter-Defendant, Trans-State Dredging
Company, the sum of $4,142.18 for damages, for all of which ~
let execution issue upon expiration of time for filing motion ~
for new trial or upon an order being entered denying such
~ motion in the event the same is filed. The Court reserves
jurisdiction of this cause to assess costs.
