The first party full authorizes and empowers ~

the second party on their perfonmance of the covenar~ts, ~
stipulations and conditions, to demand and receive of the

vendors the deed covenanted and agreed to be given in said
Articles of Agreement in the same manner, to all intents
and purposes as the vendees therein might or could do were
this Assignment not executed.
