according to a plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 10, at Page
51, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; together
with the improvements thereon and all furniture, fixtures and
equipment contain~d therein, replacements thereof and additions

erected thereon, together with and including all of the boilers, machines. heating plant. lighting piant, and all
ptumbing apQaratus, fixtures, appliances, ventitating equipment. toilets, basins. electric heating and lighting
plants, lighting fixtures, power machinery, plant or plants for running and operation of passenger or other ele-
vators. inctuding passtnger 3nd other elevators, venetian blinds, refrigerators, ranges, awnings and shutters, now
or herea[ter located in the bu~lding upon said land, and all other machinery. appliances and apparatus nuw ot
hereafter ptaced on said premises. either in renewal or replacemeni of fixtures. machinery. appliances and ap-
purttnances originally installed on said premises, in connection with the completion thereof or in addition thece-

appurtenances the !Nertgagor warrants shall be free from any encumbranc~s. cetention of title or other claims in
favor uf any other person and that this deed shall be a first lien thereon.

And the Mortgagor covenants xith the Mortgagee, that the ~1lortgagot has full power and lawful right to
convey said land in fee s~mple as aforesaid; that it shall be lawful foc the Mortgagee at all times peaceably and
quietly to enter upon. hold, occupy and enjoy said land; that said land is free from all encumbrances except as
may be herein desctibed; that the Mortgagor will make such further assurances to perfeet the fee simple title W
said land in the 4brtgagee as may reasonably be required; and that the Mortgagor hereby fully warrants the title
to said land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
