ORDER OF CONTEMPT
This cause having come on to be heard before the Court
on the 7th day of May, 197 upon the Motion of the former Wife
and it appearinq that the former Husband had notice of this matter ~
as a result of being served at his usual place of abode, via sub- ~
stitute service left by the Deputy Sheriff of St. Lucie County,
Florida with James O'Neal, the brother of the former Husband who is ,
above the age of 15 years, and the Court having given fu1Z considera- ~
tion to all the evidence and being further advised in the premises '
it finds and determines:

i That the former Husband is in arrears as to the child _

I support p:~~::~::ts ~rdered by this Court in the Final Judgment dissolv-

~ ing the marriage between the parties entered on the 18th day of

~ July, 1974, in the amount of $485.00; and - _

~ That the former Husband has violated the Order of this .

~ Court contained in the said Final Judgment wherein the former Husband
~ was required to pay the AVCO debt owing the parties in the approximate
~
~ amount of $400.00. It is thereupon :

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:

~ 1. CONTEMPT OF COURT. The former Husband, EDWARD M. ~
~ i
~ O'NEAL, is found to be in contempt of this Court's Final Judgment

- dissolving the marriage of the parties entered on July 18, 1974, ~

~ for failure to pay the necessary child support and failure to pay the

- AVCO bill owing the parties and it is hereby Ordered that he be ~
