FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause having come on for trial on the 7th day of May, 1975, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evi- _ R dence, finds and determines as follows: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; , That the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; ~ That the marriage between the parties is irretrievablg ~ broken and should be dissolve~l; and ~ ~ ~ That there have been two children born of the marriage, ~ namely, ROXANNE PARKER, aqe 4 and STEVEN PARKER, age 2, and the Wife ~ ~ is a fit and proper person to have permanent custody of the children. ~ ~ It is thereupon ~ : i ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ; ; , 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between STEVEN ; LEONARD PARKER, Husband, and LAURA PARKER, Wife, be and the same is ~ ~ L ~ hereby dissolved, and the parties and each c~f them are hereby forever % ~ Y ~ freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them : ~ ~ ~ and the obligations arising therefrom. € ~ ; ~ 2. CUSTODY AND SUPPORT. Permanent custody of the said ~ <; ~ minor children shall be with the Wife and the Husband shall pay to ~ ~ ~ ~the Wife for the benefit of the said children $25.00 per week per ~ ~ . ~ ~ child as support. The Husband shall have reasonable rights of visi- ~ : ~ tation with the said children only in the event that he is current ~ r~ 1 ~ in the aforementioned child support payments for the benefit of the ~ said children.
