1. That he is a practicing attorney in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, ?
Florida, and as such he is personally familiar with one Helen Hall, who resides ~

at 1509 Faber Court, Fort Pierce, Florida.
2. There is of recor~ in St. Lucie County, Florida, appearing in

OR Book 219, page 2292, a final judgment rendered in favor of the Board of `
County Caomissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, for St. Mary's Hospital in
West Palm Beach, Florida. . ~

3. That he has personal knowledqe of the fact that the Helen Hall

mentioned in Paragraph 1 of this affidavit is not one and the same person as
the Helen Hall named in said final judgment and that she has at no time had

any business transactions with St. Mary's Hospital in West Pa2m Beach County, ~

which could result in a final judgment against her. ;

4. This affidavit is made and given to induce First Federal Savings ;

and Loan Association of Fort Pierce to close a mortgaqe loan on the within '
