FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE '
;t THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on May 7, 1975, upon
a Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed by the Husband, and
the Court, after hearing testimony and having given full considera
tion to all the evidence, finds and determ.ines: This Court has

. " jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit;
that the relation of Husband and Wif no ~
e w exi.sts between the ~
parties; and that the marriage between the parties should be
; dissolved.

It is thereupon,

~RDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
; l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between EMILIO
~ ROGEL and MERCHON ROGEL, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and

the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore exi.sting between them and from the
~ obligations arising therefrom.

2. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this case, and the {
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders

as may be proper. ( ~
