'i FINAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE came on for final hearing on the 7th day of May,

i'1975, and both parties having appea~ed and the Husband having
!;waived alI his statutory rights, the 20-day notice to file an
,
answer and any written defenses that he might have in the cause
i

:~and having consented that the final hearing should proceed forth- ~ ~

~;with, it is thereupon ~
ORDERID and ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the Wife,
~
~;LOWANNA STRONG PORTER, and the Husband, LEON PORTER, be and the ~
~
~~,same is hereby dissolved, and the said parties and each of them f
~~are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
;
~;existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of HANS PORTER, age 5, and NIGEL
~~PORTER, age 3, minor children of the Husband and Wife, is hereby
~
°`awarded to the wife with reasonable visitation rights reserved to ; f
~
~the Husband, and the Wife agrees that the Husband shall have the ~ ;
::children for two weeks each summer. ~
; 3• SUPPORT. Commencing the 26th day of May, 1.975, and
,
:.each week thereafter, the Husband shall pay to the Clerk of this
~~~Court the sum of $37•50 for the support of the minor children nameci ~
~
'herein, which shall be remitted promptly to the Wife. f
The Husband agrees and it is ordered that he i

~keep in force the Life insurance and medical insurarice policies ~ ~
~on the children.
