THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this day upon the #
Motion for temporary relief, temporary and rehabilitative alimony,
temporary child support, temporary custody of the children, tempo-

rary restraining order, temporary attorney's fees and costs and ;

the Court having heard testimony from the parties and having
heard argument of counsel, it is upon consideration
. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the husband be and he is hereby ordered to pay ~
the mortgage payments on the house belonging to both parties located
i
in Micco, Florida including bringing up to date any back payments #
t
on said mortgage.
; (2) ~That the wife be and she is hereby granted the
, temporary right to live in the home and is encouraged to move ~

f ~ back in said home.

; (3) That the husband pay an additnnal sum of $50.00

~ per week as support for the minor cliildren to the wife. Said
