O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this day upon the
Motion for Order of Contempt and the Husband, GRADY RUSSELL
FINLEY~and the Wife, NELLIE SUE FINLEY being represented by
counsel and the Court finding that the Husband is $700.00 in
arrears in the support payments required by the Final Judgment
of Dissolution of Marriage entered October 4, 1971 and the Court
being fully advised in the premises, it is upon consideration
URDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) That the husband shall make all future payments in
support of his four {4) children to the Clerk of the Circuit
Court and by him remitted promptly to NELLIE SUE FINLEY QUEEN. ~
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum o£ $I.~~ as szaiu~ory

I costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments

~ shall be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of

~ the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of

i their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this

, (2) That the husband, GRADY RUSSELL FINLEY be and he is
hereby found in contempt of Court for the non-payment of support

~ payments as awarded in that Final Judgment of Dissolution of

~ Marriage dated October 4, 1971 but this finding shall be suspended
'z for a period of thirty (30) days to allow said husband to bring
t
~ up to date all back payments in the amount of $700.00 during
~ he
~ said thirty (30) day period and /shall also keep all future payments
~
ys
~ current.

(3) This Court retains jurisdiction for any further
~
~
