O R D E R
THIS CAUSE coming on for hearing this day upon the
Motion for Order of Contempt and the Husband, EMORY E. MOORE,
having appeared before this Court and the Court having heard the
testimony and being fully advis~d in the premises, it is upon
consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED:
(1) That the Husband, EMORY E. MOORE be and he is hereby
found in contempt of Court for the non-payment of attorneys' fees
and costs as awarded in that Final Judgment of Dissolution of
Marriage dated February 26, 1974, and for failing to obey the Order
dated August 16th and September 20th, 1974 and he is further
ordered to pay the cost of Sheriff's service of $7.50 in addition

i to the previous amounts awarded of $228.25 for a total sum due

~ of $235.75, and the husband is sentenced to spend every weekend ~

~ following the date of this Order in the County Jail commencing
~ at 6:00 P.M., Friday, May 16th, 1975 when he shall surrender -
~ himself to the St. Lucie County Jail for incarceration and serving
~ time throu h Sunda ur.til 6:00 P.M. and each weekend thereafter

until all monies due under the Final Judgment and subsequent
Orders are paid to the law firm of Carlton, Brennan, McAliley,

Albury & Hayskar.

~ (2) In the event that said husband fails to surrender
~ himself, the Sheriff of St. Lucie County, Florida or his authorized
~
~ deputy is hereby authorized to proceed to pick up-and arrest said
~

~ hsuband and to place him in the St. Lucie County Jail in accordance
~
~
~ with this Order.
