to withdraw as counsel for the Defendant, FREDERICK HILTON, -
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is hereby

1. The Motion to Continue is granted and the case
will be set for trial upon Order of this Court.

~ though the American Indemnity Company has exhausted its policy
