the owner and holder of a certain mortgage deed executed by ~
Donald A 6elmore and Virginia L Belmore, his wife
to Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc
bearing date the 4th day of January , A.D. 1973 , recorded in
Officical Records Book 210 , page 1567 , in the office of the
Clerk of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, State of Fiorida, securing
certain note in the sum of ~8,532.00
Dollars, and certain promises and obligations set forth in said mortgage deed,
upon the property situate in said State and County described as follows, to-wit:
Condominium Parcel: Block G Lot 32 of Holiday Out at St Lucie, a Condominium
according to the Declaration of Condominium thereoi, recorded in Official Records
Book 168 at page 1348 of the public records of St. Lucie Coutny, Florida.
As provided for by the Condominium act of the Statutes of the State of Florida
(Chapter 711, ET SEQ 1965) said description in this conveyance includes, but is
not limited to, all appurtenances to the condominium parcel above described
including the limited comnon elements assigned hereto, and inclu~ing the undivided
