KN01K ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that I, OREN C. MATHIS
a/k/a Sammy Mathis, a single adult of Fort Pierce, Florida, do hereby
appoint my sister-in-law ELEANORE MATHIS, of Fort Pierce, County of
St. Lucie, State of Florida, my attorney, for me and in my name and as
my act and deed to do and perform the following: (a) to ask, demard, sue
for, collect, recover and receive all sums of money, debts, dues,
accounts. interests, dividends, and demands whatsoever ss are now or shall _
hereafter become due, owing, payable or belonging to me, and to have,

use and take all lawful ways and means in my name or otherw ise for the
recovery thereof, and for acquittances or other sufficient discharges for ?

to make, do and transact all and every kind of business of what :.ature and
kind soever; (c) to sign, seal, execute and deliver and acknowledge such
deeds, conveyances, leases and assignment of leases, covenants, indentures,
agreements, mortgages, hypothecations, bills, bonds, notes, checks, ;
receipts, evidences of debt releases, and satisfaction of mortgages, y
judgments and other debts, and such other instruments in writing of whatever ,
kind or nature as may be necessary or proper in the premises; and (d) to -
prepare and execute income tax returns and act in connection with any ,
audit of any income tax return by me heretofore or hereafter signed, in
connection with which my said attorney is s~;ecifically authorized and
empowered to enter into agreements of settlement, receive and cash checks
representing overpayment of taxes and otherwise perform and do all acts
and things which I might do or perform if personally presemt. GIVING AND
GRANTING unto ELEANORE MATHIS, said attorney and N~' substitute or
substitutes, full power and authority to do and perform all and every act ~
