D. C., (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), and EUGENE WHITE and MARIE WHITE,

WITNESSETH: That the said Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
TEN DOLLARS ($10.00) to him in hand paid and other valuable considerations, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained, sold, aliened,
remised, released, conveyed a~d confirmed, and by these p~esents doth grant, bar-
