This cause coming on to be heard on May 7, 1975 on the ~

Wife's Motion for Order of Contempt and the Court having heard ;

testimony of the respective parties and argument of counsel and x
being fully advised in the premi.ses; it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That the Court finds and determines that the Husband,
RAY VICI~RS, is not in willful contempt of the Final Judgment
heretofore entered in the above entitled cause.
2.. That the Husband, RAY VICKERS, shall by 6:30 o'clock
P.M., May 7, 1975 return to the residence of the mother, LII~IDA
VICKERS, the minor children, DIANA VICI~RS, JANNIS VICKERS, TONI ;
' LYNN VICKERS and ALAN VICI~RS. , _

I 3. That upon the failure of the Husband, RAY VIQCERS, to ;

~ comply with this Order, then the Wife without further notice may ;

~ file an affidavit setting out the Ausband's failure to comply with ~
