~ and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from ~

~ the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from ~

~ the obligations arising therefrom. ~

~ 3. Custody of WILLIAM FREDERICK FENNECKEN, JR., and ~

~ BELII~IDA MARIE FENNECI~N, minor children of the parties, is hereby

~ awarded to MARY FRANCES FENI~CI~N with reasonable visitation ~

rights reserved to WILLIAM FREDERICK FENNEC~N. ~

~ 4. Commencing the 9th day of May, 1975, WILLIAM FREDERICK

a (RICKY) FENNECI~N shall pay to MARY FRANCES FENNECKEN the sum of
