support of the minor children named above. This requirement shall ;
continue until each of the children attains the age of 18 years,
marries or enters the military service, whichever occurs first.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to MARY FRANCSS FENL~CIC~:N, c% McNeil,
5275 45th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. In addition, there
is hereby assessed the sum of One ($1.00) Dollar as statutory cost
to be added to e ach payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, money order or cashier's check. Both of the
parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this Court advised of
their mailing and residence addresses at all times while this
Order is in effect.
5. The Husband is hereby Ordered to pay all medical and
dental expenses for the minor children named above and further to
carry the children on the group medical insurance provided through
the Husband's employer.
6. A pe=manent injunction is hereby entered against the
Husband, WILLIAM FREDERICK (RICKY) FSNNECI~N, charg~ng him not
to interfere with, harass or annoy or perpetrate any physical

~ injury on the Wife and minor children.

7. The Husband's right of visitation of the minor children

~ is specifically conditioned upon his observance of and compliance
with all of the terms of this Final Judgment.

~ S. The Court determines the sum of Three Hundred Fifty

~ ($350.00) Dollars to be reasonable for the Wife's attorneys for

# their services herein and WILLIAM FREDERICK FENNECI~N is ordered ~
- to pay the law firm of Willes, Bittan & Willes said sum together
