FINAL JUDGMENT
" DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause coming on to be heard this date, and the
Court having gi~ren full consideration to all the evidence,
~ finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the ~
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that
the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and
should be dissolved. It is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between

; JAMES CALVIN ANDERSON, husband and VIRGINIA ANDERSON, wife,

i be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each

~ of them are hereby freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore

~ existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

F 2. CUSTODY. Custody of SHARON, age 5; CHRISTINE,

'@ age 2; and JAMES CALVIN, JR., age 1, the three minor children

~ of the parties, is hereby awarded to VIRGINIA ANDERSON with
a

~ reasonable visitation rights reserved to JAMES CALVIN ANDERSON.

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 9th day of May, 1975,
a

_ JAMES CALVIN ANDERSON shall pay to VIRGINIA ANDERSON the sum
~
~ of $25.00 each and every week for the support of the three

~ minor children named above.
