WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking assocja-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America,+i~
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgaqe deed, executed the T4th day of Octaber,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of Amer~~~; Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Inves}ors, a~1as~achusetts 8usiness 7rust, securing ~

2405, et seq,, Public Recards of St. luc~e County, florid~, ;
encumbering c~rtain lands in St. Lucie County, florida th~rsin
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of ~1,112,392.00 and
also ertcunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
Boak 207, Page 867, et seq.,.Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged~ premi ses , from the 1 i en and operati on of sai d
mortgage; .
NOM, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
