PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ~
KNON All MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WNEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of Punerica, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A m~rtgage deed, executed the 14th ddy of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of M~erica, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts 6usiness Trust, securing
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records af St. Luc1e County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie Caunty, Flortda theretn
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional-principal~indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Off9cial Record
6ook 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie ~
County, Florid~, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
. 1n Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St:
Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National ,
Citx Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
~ part of the mortgaged premises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage;

successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more parttcularly described as follows:
