PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW All MEN BY THESE PRESEI~ITS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the,l4th day of October, r
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental ~
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing ~
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Boak 187, Page ~
2405, et seq., Pub11c Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, t
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein ~
more particularly described;-as amended by Modificatton of
Mortgage Deed, dated Qctober 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of 31,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Madification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official Record
6ook 207, Page 86T, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records bf St.
Lucie County, Florida; and
WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged pr~mises, fran the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideratton of

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge fram the
