. PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN 6Y THESE PRESENTS:

WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October, f
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investars, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing ~
s5,100,004.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein
more particularly described;~as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 19~2, amending the sum secured
6y an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Deed was recorded in Official-Record
Book 207, Page ~ST, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, an~ as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agrec~nent, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page z65, Public Records of St.
lucie County, Florida; and
MHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has req uested First National
j City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
' mortgage;

lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successors and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed
by said mortgage more particularly described as follows:

Page 2720, as last amended in Offictal Record Book
192, Page 820, public records of St. Lucie County,
Florida
TO HAYE AND TO HQLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the
said Mortgagor, its successors and assigns, forever freed, exonerated
and discharged of and from the lien of said Mortgage; provided, always,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair,
atter or diminish the effect, lien or.encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
