PARTIAL REL'EASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
MHEREAS, F'IRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking•associa-
tion c,rganized under the laws of the United States of America, is
now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th da~y of October,
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortqage Investors,.a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing
s5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida #hereln
more particularly described;-as amended by Modification of
Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured
by an additional principal indebtedness of =1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County: Florida, which
Modification of Mortgage Oeed was recorded in Official Record
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
~ County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica-
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St.
Lucie County, Florida; and ~ '

WNEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National ;
! City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a
part of the mortgaged premises, fram the lien and operatia~ af said ~
mortgage;
NOW, TNEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of

dces remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its
successon and assigns, that certain portion of the property conveyed

alter or diminish the effect, lien or encunbrance of the aforesaid
Mortgage on the remaining part of said mortgaged property not released
hereby, or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
