That the Party of the First Part, for and in consideration
to the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable considerations
to them in hand gaid by the said Party(s) of the Second Part, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to said Party(s) of the Second Part, heirs and assigns
forever, the following described real property, located and situate
in the County of St. Lucie and State of Florida, as follows:

to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, recorded in
Official Record Book 232, at Pages 619 thru 711, of the
Public Reco~ds of St. Lucie County, Florida. -

This conveyance is subject to and by accepting this deed
the Party(s) of the Second Part do her~by agree to assume the
following:
1. Taxes for the current year and subsequent years.
2. Conditions, restrictions, limitations, reservations,
easements and other matters of record.
3. The Declaration of Condominium and Exhi.bits attached
thereto.
4. The Articles of Incorporation, By-Laws and Declaration
• of Covenants and Rest~ictions of Ocean Village Property
Owners' Association, Inc., a Florida non-profit
corporation, the provisions of which documents run with
the land. T'he Grantee (s) assumes the obligations of a
member of said Property Owners' Association. ;

Z'he benefits and obligations hereunder shall inure to and be binding
` upon the heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns
of the respective parties hereto. Z'he Grantor does hereby fully
warrant the title to all the premises hereby conveyed against all
and every person(s) whornsoever, lawfully claiming by, through or
under the Grantor herein; and will defend the same against the
' lawful claims of such persons claimi.ng by, through or under the
said Grantor, as well as the Iawful claims of all persons whomsoever.
