from or on behalf of LOUIS STEKAR, a single adult, ahose adress is

party of the second part, does hereby grant, bargain,sell, assign, transfer and set
over unto the said party of the second part all their right, title and i~terest in
and to that certain Agreement for Deed dated October 20, 1963, recorded December 20,
1963, in Official Record Book 77, page 98, from Lloyd Taylor and Clotilde F. Taylor,
his wife, parties of the first part therein, in favor of Ann R. Mitchem, a widow, with

respect to the follwoing described piece or parcel of land and the improvements thereon, '
in the Coun[y of St. Lucie and the State of Florida, to-wit:
Lot l0, Block 7, REPLAT OF PAI.M GARDENS, according to the plat thereof,
as recorded in Plat Book I2, page 42, of the Public Records of St. Lucie County,

And the party of the second part hereof, by the acceptance of this Assignment, agrees ~
to assume and pay the balance of the sum due thereon, in accordance with the terms of
the aforesaid Agreement for Deed. ~
