JUDGMENT
THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard this day on the wife's petition
for modification of the Final Judgment entered in this cause on the
19th day of December, 1972, whereby the wife in her petition for
modification has moved the Court to enter an order awarding to the

` wife as lump sum alimony, the husband's interest in the property
described in the Final Judgment, and the Court being fully advised in
the premises, it is
,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the wife is awarded all right, title
and interest in the home of the parties legally described as:
LOT 3, BLOCK 2, of PROGRESS PARK, a Subdivision
in the City of Fort Pierce, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, at page 6,
of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida;

together with all the furnishings and fixtures located therein, and ~
that this Judgment shall act as a conveyance to the wife of the husband's

interest in the above described real property together with all the f
