causing a sanitary nuisance on his property described
in the Complaint and to comply with Section 381.432,

Florida Statutes and Chapter lOD-25, Florida Administrative ~
Code in order to secure a permit for the migrant labor F

May 31, 1975 or discontinue the operation of the migrant
` labor camp. ~
