O R D E R
This cause coming on to be heard on May 2, 1975 on the
Motion for Order of Contempt by the Wife for failure of the
Husband to comply with the Order of October 3, 1974 as to child
support payments, failure to comply with the restraining order,
and attempting to take away the motor vehicle furnished to her
by the Husband, and the Court having heard testiinony of the
respective parties, and the parties having agreed in open court,
and the Court being fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
, 1. The Husband, Clifford G. Royer, is in arrears in his ,

payments to the Wife, Diann Royer, pursuant to the Order of October
3, 1974, in the sum of $450.
2. Commencing May 2, 1975 Clifford G. Royer shall pay
to Diann Royer the sum of $100 each and every week for the support
' of Susan Lynn Royer and Marcia Gail Royer, minor children of the
parties. Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to the Wife. In addition there is hereby
assessed the sum of $1 as statutory costs to be added to each payment
made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash, money order
or cashier's check. Both parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of
this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this order is in effect.
