3. The Wife, Diannr'Royer, is entitled to the exclusive
use and possession of the 1973 Nova Chevrolet automobile furnished ~

to her by the Husband. The Husband is to make all installment pay- i

ments on the retain title contract on said automobile when the same '
become due and before they become delinquent.
4. That the Husband, Clifford G. Royer, be and he is
hereby enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting,
using physical violence on, harassir.g or annoying the Wife and the ~

minor children. All and singular the sheriffs of the state of ~ ~
i
Florida are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may
be necessary in insuring the Husband's compliance with this Order, ~
without further order of this Court. ~

' 5. The Wife, Diann Royer, and the minor children, Susan ~
Lynn Royer and Marcia Gail Royer, shall have the exclusive use and
possession of the marital home located at 3720 St. Marks Ruad, Ft.
Pierce, Florida together with the furniture and furnishings located
therein, and the Husband is restrained and enjoined from attempting

to move in to the said dwelling.

6. All other provisions of the Order dated October 3, f
1974 entered in the above entitled cause shall remair, in full force I
and effect.
