FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 2nd day of May, 1975 and
the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,~
finds and determi.nes: this Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and the subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband.
and wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and shoul3 be dissolved. It
is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. The marriage between WALTER EUGENE WALKER and
PATRICIA JOAN WALKER be and the same is hereby dissolved and the '
parties and each of-them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliga-

` tions arising therefrom.

I~ 2. The Wife, PATRICIA JOAN WALKER, is now pregnant with

~p child and that the Husband, WALTER EUGENE WALKER, is the father;

~ that the Wife is expecting to deliver the child or children on

~ July 28, 1975; that custody of the child or children, after birth, ~
~

of the parties is hereby awa~ded to the Wife granting unto the ~

~ Husband reasonable rights of visitation. f

Commencing July 8, 1975, WALTER EUGENE WALKER shall pay
' to PATRICIA JOAN WALKER the sum of Sixty ($60) Dollars each week

for her support and maintenance for a period of six weeks or for
