This cause came on for trial the 2nd day of May, 1975 `
and the Court having heard the testimony of the witnesses and
having heard argument of counsel and the Court further finding
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken
and that said marriage should be dissolved and that there was ~
~
no meeting of the minds between the parties and therefore no ~
enforceable agreement when the parties separated and the Court ~
. ~
further finding that the home and the land in Hidden Acres were ;
;
jointly owned along with the furniture and that the Van-Truck
belonqed to the Husband, it is thereupon i

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~
l. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between
DONALD H. WILLIAMS and VIRGINIA GAIL WILLIAMS, be and the same is
hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing
between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
